A Little Bit About Us

Patisserie Monaco Inc was formed in 2001 by Steve Wemyss who is a renowned Pastry Chef and has been supplying the food-service industry for the past 20 years.

Patisserie Monaco is the leading supplier of Desserts, baked goods, appetizers and specialty foods to the hotel industry in Ontario and two years ago started to ship through distributors across Canada.

Currently we have approximately 100 staff and in this team we have a full food safety program (H.A.C.C.P. Certified) and Sales and Marketing team. We have our own fleet of vehicles for local shipments.

Our philosophy has always remained the same over the years. We simply strive for perfection through quality and consistency along with great service. Our strongest asset is our great people who work with Patisserie Monaco in various roles.
